The task: a branding for those who brand something every day.

"We dress up your brand": Satema are the experts, also known as "Workstyle Consultants," for the uniform look of companies and institutions. So, for example: Please embroider the BOSCH logo 2000 times on the polo collar or please provide a set of company outfits – and in Reutlingen, the embroidery, printing, or laser machines are immediately set into action. The range of services around textile refinement for small and large global player clients is very broad, the demand is huge, and the machines are never at rest.

A lot is also happening internally at Satema. Founded in 1999, a change of generations in the management was approaching, and a younger team stepped in. The company’s own CI performance was questioned and ultimately inquired about at the Hochburg. The task was clear: A corporate design for corporate fashion, a branding for those who brand something every day. After a joint workshop, the fundamental CI matrix was created, and our ideas were gratefully embraced with open arms. We love that. Satema's appearance was to be visually turned inside out, like a printed sweatshirt before washing.

The yarn from the textile production runs through the entire new branding – visually and woven into the typography.

Fresh: small icons and illustrations combined with the lead color green signal a cool, young company.

Brand Communication

The balance between being easily relatable and a touch edgy-bold has been found, the logo thus word-image mark performatively boxed in.

A new CI that convinces on every level. From the website to the showroom.

We love that too: Thanks to short communication channels, pragmatic coordination, and quick decisions from Satema, the new CI was finalized within a few weeks. The brand relaunch is manifested, among other things, on the new website, an Instagram content strategy, and a LinkedIn employer branding campaign. The balance between being easily approachable and a touch of edgy-boldness has been found, so the logo has been performatively boxed as a word-image mark. A contrasting green and the yarn run through the new CI, perfectly matching Satema.
