Design Booster on Skis
Although the nearest stable ski areas are far from our agency in downtown Stuttgart, we still feel very connected to alpine winter sports. Naturally, we're excited about having a client like LEKI, based – attention – in Kirchheim unter Teck near Stuttgart, which is not exactly known as a ski resort (!). However, LEKI has been the ultimate brand for ski poles for decades, whether for downhill or cross-country skiing. This quality and tradition were to be translated into two emotionally modern winter sports-themed key visual ad groups.
The action section focuses on dynamic sports photography, from fresh powder slopes to powerful touring. The visual language is supported by trigger questions that position LEKI as an indispensable performance booster on skis.
The product ad family highlights poles across different use cases, set against winter landscape illustrations that fit the discipline, including well-known ski areas like the legendary Streif in Kitzbühel. This creates a calm contrast to the vibrant action ads, yet still instills an endless desire for winter sports. Yes, LEKI-O-Stocki-Mio, that was fun!
