Hochburg on an underground content mission – dress code: safety vest and camera. For the social media channels of InfoTurmStuttgart, or ITS for short, and communication around the Open Construction Site Days, Hochburg ventured deep into one of the most spectacular construction projects in Europe. The star in front of the lens: the trademark of the new Stuttgart station – keyword: chalice column. Since February, 27 of the 28 chalice columns have been standing, which will later form the roof of the new platform hall.

As an architectural highlight, the chalice columns combine structural engineering and design in a unique form. And when it comes to the latter, we clearly know what we’re doing – which made it all the more fun to capture the already special atmosphere of the future platform hall.
